About Northland Construction

Northland Construction started its business in 2001 with a simple philosophy of providing quality craftsmanship to the Brainerd Lakes Area. Our craftsmen are all from the Brainerd Lakes Area and we take great pride in the work we do.

When you choose Northland Construction, you enjoy the security of knowing you are working with a construction company that is fully licensed and insured and our staff genuinely cares about you and your home. Unlike many general contractors, Northland Construction is committed to hiring employees rather than depending primarily or exclusively on subcontractors. Using expertly skilled employees not only gives us more control over project schedules for quicker job completion, it also helps us consistently deliver the high-quality workmanship and client service you expect and deserve. NCI has been recognized by Mid-Minnesota Builders Association as “Best of Show”, Spring Lakes Area Home Tour 2014, “Best of Show,” Fall Lakes Area Home Tour 2013, and 2012 MMBA Builder Member of the Year.

We’re also proud to be members of the Brainerd Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce, Better Business Bureau, and more. And because we’re all about giving back to the communities that have given so much to us, we regularly donate to The Lakes Area Habitat for Humanity for recycling back into the community to help others build their homes, help support local youth sports teams, and advocate area youth camps like Camp Shamineau.

Involved with our

communities

Born and raised in the Brainerd Lakes Area, Jeremy began his career in construction fresh out of college where he quickly found this to be his passion. After several years working as a construction foreman and supervisor, Jeremy stepped out on his own in 2001 and started Northland Construction.

Jeremy’s desire was never to be a “big contractor”, but simply one that delivered to his clients a product they were well pleased with and one he could be proud of. This philosophy, along with a humble and grateful attitude, is why Northland Construction continues to grow no matter what the economy.

Jeremy is still very involved in all portions of the construction business and currently sits on the board of directors for Mid Minnesota Builders Association.

We also believe that success comes from a level of customer service that's second to none. We pay attention to the smallest details that add up to a big difference to homeowners. All because we won't settle for anything less than complete customer satisfaction.
